Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within Morocco.

1. Eligibility:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under these conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging must be intact

• Items must not be damaged or stained

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn or washed items

• Custom pieces or limited drops (unless defective)

3. How to Return or Exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
In case of exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you once we receive and verify the returned item.

5. Refunds:

Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds will be handled via cash transfer, bank deposit, or store credit, based on your preference.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your item to process the refund.
